| Abstract: | У статті досліджено особливості формування доходної бази місцевих бюджетів в умовах бюджетної децентралізації. Проведений моніторинг виконання місцевих бюджетів Чернівецької області окреслив проблемні аспекти системи фінансового забезпечення власних та делегованих повноважень місцевих органів влади. Обґрунтовано шляхи посилення фінансової самодостатності місцевих бюджетів в умовах бюджетних трансформацій. In the article the features of formation of the revenue base of local budgets in terms of fiscal decentralization. Monitored the execution of local budgets Chernivtsi region outlined problematic aspects of their financial security and delegated powers of local authorities. The ways of strengthening the financial self-sufficiency of local budgets in terms of cost transformation. |
