Oсобливості моделей регулювання міжнародної трудової міграції

Abstract

У статті розглянуто фактори та соціально-економічні умови впливу на процеси регулювання міжнародної трудової міграції. Проаналізовано механізми та моделі регулювання міжнародної трудової міграції. Визначено національні особливості та інструменти регулювання міжнародної трудової міграції країнами світу. Запропоновано напрями регулювання зовнішніх трудоміграційних потоків. On the modern stage of world development distinguish the different models of regulation of international labour migration are distinguished. However, the question of employment, adaptation, social protection and the rights of migrant workers are unresolved. A research aim consisted in an analysis and certain features of regulation of international labour migration by the world countries. The factors and socio-economic conditions of influence on the processes of regulation of international labour migration are considered. Mechanisms and models of regulation of international labour migration are analysed. National characteristics and regulatory instruments of international labour migration of the countries of the world are determined. Directions of the regulation of the foreign labour migration flows are proposed. Growing globalization and openness of market economy, considerably activate international labour migration and need the increase of value of regulation of migration processes, giving them an organized, safe, non-conflict character and require development of model of the effective regulation of international labour migration in the world.
