Особливості антикризового управління соціально-економічними системами на національному та регіональному рівнях

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти антикризового управління соціально-економічними системами в контексті національного та регіонального рівня. Наведено підходи до його змісту та запропоновано алгоритм управління змінами в соціально-економічних системах. Опрацьовано «метод динамічного нормативу». Введено набір з п’яти показників для оцінки траєкторії розвитку національної та регіональної економіки з позиції дотри мання стратегії антикризового управління за умов впливу глобалізаційних та інтеграційних процесів.This article reveals the theoretical aspects of crisis management of socio-economic systems in the context of national and regional levels. Also, there are some approaches to its content and the change management algorithm in socio-economic system which is based on monitoring the disposition of socio-economic system. If the rank of a system descends, opportuni ties of resource receipts to the system and opportunities of its counteraction will be limited. In this case, there is a necessity in substantiation and implementation of changes in the system for correction its rank position. Also, in this article is studied the «dynamic method norm» and took in a set of five indicators for determination the trajectory of development of the national and regional economics, , taking into consideration that it’s necessary to observe the strategy of crisis management in the conditions of globalization and integration processes.
