Новітні тенденції розвитку освітніх технологій

Abstract

У статті розглянуто новітні тенденції розвитку освітніх технологій. Зазначається, що підготовка фахівців у системі вищої освіти не завжди задовольняє сучасних роботодавців. Випускники вишів мають недостатню виробничу підготовку, що призводить до їх тривалої адаптації на робочому місці. Визначено сутність і зміст освітніх технологій. Основним двигуном прогресу і найбільшою цінністю у світі визнаються знання, тому освітні технології мають ефективно забезпечувати їх формування. Сфера вищої освіти повинна активно використовувати методи і напрацювання зі сфери праці. Виявлено й охарактеризовано конструктивізм як актуальну тенденцію у сфері освіти. Визначено структуру та специфіку електронного навчання, мікронавчання та мобільної освіти. Проаналізовано можливості використання соціальних мереж у навчальному процесі. З’ясовано, що реалізація новітніх освітніх технологій здатна забезпечити якісні зміни у сфері освіти, і як наслідок – підвищення рівня соціально-економічного розвитку країни, зміцнення її конкурентних позицій у світі, забезпечення науково-технічного прогресу, формування інноваційного потенціалу.

Knowledge confess the basic engine of progress and most value in the world, therefore educational technologies must effectively provide its forming. The newest trends of educational technologies’ progress are considered in the article. It is marked that preparation of specialists in the system of higher education not always satisfies modern employers. The graduating students of higher education institutions have insufficient productive preparation that results in their protracted adaptation in the workplace. Essence and maintenance of educational technologies have been determined. The sphere of higher education should actively use methods from the sphere of labor. A constructivism as actual tendency, is educed and described in the field of education. A structure and specific of e-learning, micro-learning and mobile education have been described. Possibilities of the use of social networks have been analyzed in an educational process. It is found oquality changes in the field of education, and as a result is an increase of level of socio-economic development of country, strengthening of its competition positions in the world, providing of scientific and technical progress, forming of innovative potential.ut that realization of the newest educational technologies is able to provide
