Вчення про ноосферу та проблема впровадження безвідходного агропромислового виробництва

Abstract

Досліджується вчення про ноосферу у взаємозв’язку з проблематикою впровадження безвідходного виробництва в АПК. Визначено, що вищою формою раціонального природокористування є така діяльність людини, яка практично повністю використовує природні ресурси, не породжує забруднення і відходи і в кінцевому підсумку все знову повертає природі, не порушуючи її стану. Обґрунтовується, що ноосферно-орієнтована функція наукових знань особливо актуальна при виборі форм і методів модернізації агропромислового виробництва. Доведено, що одним із шляхів ефективного розв’язання проблеми оптимального споживання природних ресурсів та охорони навколишнього середовища є впровадження екологічно нешкідливого безвідходного виробництва в агропромисловому комплексі, що забезпечує якісні соціо-економіко-екологічні перетворення сучасного суспільства. The study of the noosphere in connected with the problem of implementation of non-waste production in the agro-industrial complex is studied. It is determined that the highest form of sustainable environmental management is such human activity which practically fully utilizes natural resources, does not generate pollution and waste and eventually returns everything again to nature, without violating its state. It is substantiated that the noosphere-oriented function of scientific knowledge is especially relevant in the choice of forms and methods of modernization of agro-industrial production. It is proved that one of the ways to effectively solve the problem of optimal consumption of natural resources and environmental protection is the introduction of environmentally harmless non-waste production in the agro-industrial complex, which ensures high-quality socio-economic and ecological transformations of modern society.
