Комплексний підхід до оцінки фінансово-економічного потенціалу підприємства

Abstract

Для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств їм необхідно якісно розвивати кожен з напрямів своєї фінансово-господарської діяльності, оперативно реагувати на ринкові зміни, брати до уваги тенденції міжнародного ринку. Запропонована у статті система комплексного підходу до оцінки фінансово-економічного потенціалу підприємства дозволяє визначити функціональну взаємопов’язану сукупність виробничого, маркетингового, інвестиційного, фінансового потенціалів. У рамках створеного комплексного підходу розроблено модель оцінки фінансово-економічного потенціалу підприємства залежно від внутрішніх факторів його розвитку та модель оцінки фінансово-економічного потенціалу підприємства залежно від його ринкових взаємовідносин. Проведено оцінку фінансово-економічного потенціалу за розробленими етапами кожної з моделей на прикладі показників діяльності хлібопекарських підприємств України. Визначено переваги та недоліки запропонованого комплексного підходу до оцінки фінансово-економічного потенціалу підприємства.For the competitiveness of domestic enterprises, they need to develop qualitatively each of their areas of financial andeconomic activity, respond promptly to market changes, and take into account the trends of the international market. In the article, system of complex approach to the estimation of the financial and economic potential of an enterprise is offered. It allows defining a functional interrelated set of production, marketing, investment, financial potentials. Within the framework of the developed integrated approach, a model for evaluating the financial and economic potential of the enterprise is developed, depending on the internal factors of its development, and a model for assessing the financial and economic potential of the enterprise, depending on its market relations. The estimation of financial and economic potential according to the elaborated stages of each of the models is conducted on the example of indicators of activity of bakery enterprises of Ukraine. The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed integrated approach to assessing the financial and economic potential of the enterprise are determined.
