Конкурентоспроможність випускників закладів вищої освіти: сутність та чинники формування

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано наукові підходи щодо трактування конкурентоспроможності у сфері праці. Обгрунтовано авторський підхід до визначення сутності конкурентоспроможності випускників закладів вищої освіти, а також термінів «конкурентні робочі місця» і «конкурентоспроможність освітніх послуг». Розроблено систематизацію чинників, що впливають на підвищення конкурентоспроможності випускників закладів вищої освіти. Розкрито вплив основних груп чинників на підвищення конкурентоспроможності випускників. Визначено, що підвищення конкурентоспроможності випускників закладів вищої освіти має бути комплексним і системним, враховувати потребу регулювання впливових чинників з боку держави і соціальних партнерів на різних економічних рівнях. Зроблено висновок, що забезпечення конкурентоспроможності випускників закладів вищої освіти має стати державним пріоритетом, реалізація якого набуває доленосного значення для конкурентоспроможності економіки країни загалом. The purpose of the article is to systematize the scientific thoughts concerning the competitiveness phenomenon in labor market, ground the author's approach to understanding of competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions, define the factors influencing it’s increase. Theoretical basis of the research are scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists concerning problems of the competition, competitiveness of workers in labor market, development of higher educational institutions, educational services. In the course of the research the general scientific and special methods are used, in particular: analytical - for collecting and synthesis of scientific information; abstract and logical - for the analysis and systematization of scientific thoughts; tabular - to show the evident theoretical provisions concerning the contents and role of the factors influencing competitiveness of graduates. The scientific thoughts concerning competitiveness in the labor sphere with determination of differences in the approaches of scientists have been analyzed. The author's approach to determination of the essence of competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions and such definitions as "competitive jobs" and "competitiveness of educational services" have been grounded. For the first time it is suggested to understand the definition "competitiveness of graduates of institution of higher education" as the ability of graduates of higher educational institutions to find a better job than the graduates of other similar educational institutions, to choose competitive jobs thanks to knowledge acquired in the course of training, competences, the ability to continuous educational and professional development, manifestation of labor and professional mobility in labor market. The systematization of the factors influencing increase in competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions has been developed. The factors are united in blocks: nature-resource, medicaldemographic, social, historical and cultural, psychological, economic, scientific and technological, competitive, organizational and technical, political, law. The essence of influence of the main groups of factors and necessity of regulation of such influence for increase in competitiveness of graduates, what has important practical value has been disclosed. It has been proved that the lack of regulation of influence of the certain factors leads to losses in quality of training of future experts. It has been determined that the increase in competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions has to be complex and systematic, should consider the requirement of regulation of the influencing factors by the state and social partners at various economic levels. The conclusion has been drawn that to ensure the competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions should become the state priority which realization gains fatal value for competitiveness of national economy in general.
