Моделювання оптимального економічного росту в умовах еколого-економічної рівноваги

Abstract

Побудовано нелінійну модель економічного росту екологічно збалансованої економіки з використанням гіпотез щодо побудови моделей економічного росту рамсеївського типу, доповнених гіпотезами про те, що інвестиції обов’язково розподіляються як у матеріальне виробництво, так і у допоміжне виробництво, та вважаючи, що вони повністю витрачаються на приріст відповідного капіталу і його амортизації, а ступінь забрудненості з часом спадає відповідно до експоненціальної функції. Запропонована в цій праці модель оптимального економічного росту в умовах екологічної рівноваги дозволяє вивчити оптимальні траєкторії економічного росту екологічно збалансованої економіки. Модель математично досліджено за допомогою так званих достатніх умов оптимальності та обґрунтовано структуру їх оптимальних розв’язків. Отримані у результаті експериментальних досліджень з моделлю рекомендації можуть бути корисними як для подальших теоретичних досліджень, так і для прийняття практичних рішень в економіці. A nonlinear model of the economic growth of an environmentally balanced economy was constructed using the hypothesis concerning the construction of economic growth models of Ramsey type, supplemented by the hypothesis about the necessity of investments that need to be distributed both in material and auxiliary production and taking into consideration that they are fully spent on the growth of the corresponding capital and its depreciation and with time the degree of pollution decreases according to the exponential function. model of optimal economic growth in ecological equilibrium conditions which allows us to study the optimal trajectories of the economic growth of an environmentally balanced economy has been offered. The model is mathematically investigated with the help of so-called sufficient optimality conditions and the structure of their optimal solutions is substantiated. The final results of experimental research with the model of recommendation can be useful both for further theoretical studies and for making practical decisions in the economy.
