Соціальна безпека молоді в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджуються теоретичні і практичні аспекти соціальної безпеки молоді. Визначено, що соціальна безпека молоді є підсистемою соціальної безпеки країни. Показниками рівня забезпечення соціальної безпеки молоді є якість і рівень життя, людський і соціальний капітал молоді. Встановлено, що молодь стикається з широким спектром соціальних загроз: економічними, демографічними, духовно-моральними, інформаційними, етнокультурними та іншими. Всі ці загрози тісно пов'язані і вимагають системного підходу до їх ослаблення або нейтралізації. Усвідомлення важливості забезпечення соціальної безпеки молоді має вивести на новий рівень державну молодіжну політику і розширити спектр вирішуваних нею проблем. Незабезпечення соціальної безпеки може спричинити незадоволеність молоді своїм матеріальним і соціальним становищем і трансформуватись у соціальні конфлікти. The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of youth social security. It is determined that social security of young people is a subsystem of social security of the country. Indicators of the level of social security for young people are the quality and standard of living, human and social capital of youth. It has been established that young people are faced with a wide range of social threats: economic, demographic, spiritual, moral, informational, ethno-cultural, and others. All these threats are closely linked and require a systematic approach to weakening or neutralizing them. Awareness of the importance of providing social security for young people should bring the state youth policy to a new level and expand the range of problems it solves. Failure to provide social security can lead to young people's dissatisfaction with their material and social situation and transform into social conflicts.
