Причини виникнення банкрутства в сучасних підприємствах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто причини банкрутства сучасних підприємств. Систематизовано основні трактування поняття банкрутства, визначено його основну мету та передумови виникнення. Проведено статистичний аналіз кількості справ про відновлення платоспроможності боржників або визнання їх банкрутом за 2015-2017 роки. Проведено дослідження наукових праць вчених у даній проблематиці. Визначено основні причини виникнення банкрутства в сучасних підприємствах: внутрішні та зовнішні, фінансові, специфічні та суб’єктивні. Запропоновано заходи щодо впровадження і реалізації політики антикризового фінансового управління підприємством при загрозі банкрутства. The article considers the reasons for bankruptcy of modern enterprises. The main concepts of bankruptcy are systematized, the basis for its purpose and the background of its origin are determined. A statistical analysis of the number of cases concerning the restoration of solvency of debtors or their recognition as a bankrupt in 2015-2017 has been carried out. The research of scientific studies in this problem was conducted. The main reasons of bankruptcy in modern enterprises, in particular internal and external, financial, specific and subjective, are determined. Measures for implementation of the policy of anti-crisis financial management of the enterprise under the threat of bankruptcy have been offered.
