Abstract

Головним питанням управління діяльністю підприємства малого та середнього бізнесу є рівновага між змінами і стабільністю. У покращенні роботи підприємства важливу роль відіграє швидкість змін. Вона визначається керівництвом, суб'єктивно та самостійно. Сучасний економічний стан України характеризується мінливістю бізнес-систем та високим впливом політичних чинників, стрімким підвищенням рівня конкуренції, що зумовлює використання нових методів управління підприємствами. In the past, many companies successfully operated, focusing mainly on daily work, on internal problems related to increasing the efficiency of the use of resources in the ongoing activities. Nowadays, it is extremely important to implement such a management that ensures the adaptation of small and medium-sized enterprises to a rapidly changing environment. The practice of small and medium-sized businesses has shown that there is no single strategy for all enterprises, as there is no single universal strategic management. Each company is special in its own way, and the process of developing a strategy for it is special. Because it depends on the position of the company in the market, the dynamics of its development, the potential, the behavior of competitors, characteristics of the product produced services, the state of the economy, the cultural environment and many other things.
