Проблеми відтворення освітнього потенціалу сучасного суспільства

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність освітнього потенціалу та проблеми його відтворення у сучасному суспільстві. Зазначається, що динамічний розвиток людини і суспільства, науковотехнічний прогрес тісно пов’язані і опосередковані процесом суспільного відтворення. Відтворення освітнього потенціалу є найважливішим у відтворенні елементів економічної системи і полягає у неперервному відновленні та підтриманні розумових здібностей людини, її біологічної та соціальної сторін; загальноосвітнього, професійного, культурного рівня. Визначено ряд факторів, що впливають на переосмислення ролі освіти в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Охарактеризовано тенденції розвитку партнерських відносин між державою, освітнім співтовариством та бізнесом у процесі відтворення освітнього потенціалу сучасного суспільства. The essence of educational potential and the problems of its reproduction in modern society are considered in the article. It is noted that the dynamic development of human and society, scientific and technological progress are closely linked and mediated by the process of social reproduction. The reproduction process reflects the preservation and updating of the essential components, characteristics of the socio-economic system and its integrity. It is determined that the reproduction of educational potential is the most important in the reproduction of elements of the economic system and consists in the continuous restoration and maintenance of the mental abilities of a person, his biological and social aspects; general, professional, cultural level. Theoretical origins of understanding the process of formation and reproduction of educational potential in modern economic thought have been analyzed. It is found that new economic processes associated with the constant production of knowledge and its transformation into the main resource of production, open up infinite opportunities for human development, his personal qualities and creative abilities. A number of factors that influence the rethinking of the role of education in the information society have been identified. The achievements in the field of education in Ukraine and the world leaders in the level of human development have been analyzed. The tendencies of development of partnerships between the state, educational community and business in the process of reproduction of educational potential of modern society have been identified and characterized. It is noted that all the processes that take place in society, in the economic system as a whole, have a significant impact on education. Understanding the nature of these processes makes it possible to adjust the strategy of educational development as best as possible.
