Впровадження цифрових бізнес-технологій в управління бізнес-процесами на регіональному рівні

Abstract

The problems of implementing digital business technologies in business process management in the Chernivtsi region are investigated. The relevance of digitalization for regional development is substantiated. The theoretical foundations are analyzed, the research methodology is described. Key problems are identified: low digital literacy, limited funding, insufficient infrastructure development, lack of regional strategy, insufficient awareness of enterprises. Recommendations are proposed: strategy development, business support, infrastructure development, training, cluster optimization. The results are the basis for an effective regional digitalization policy.
