Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота спрямована на вивчення використання інформаційних і комунікаційних технологій та сприяння стійкому розвитку інновацій в туризмі» з метою розробки рекомендацій щодо удосконалення інформаційних та комунікаційних технологій для підвищення загальних показників підприємства. Дослідження включає аналіз поняття та сутності використання інформаційних та комунікаційних технологій у туризмі, вивчення впливу інноваційного розвитку на сферу туризму, а також оцінку управління розвитком ТОВ «Бізнес-центр «Буковина». об'єктом дослідження є процес використання сучасних інформаційних та комунікаційних технологій на прикладі підприємства ТОВ «Бізнес-центр «Буковина»», м. Чернівці, а предметом дослідження виступають різноманітні програмні продукти та устаткування, що може і повинно використовуватися у сучасних реаліях в туристичній сфері діяльності. Теоретична та методологічна база дослідження ґрунтується на використанні вітчизняних та зарубіжних видань, матеріалів преси, інтернет-ресурсів, а також фактичних даних з діяльності ТОВ «Бізнес-центр «Буковина»». В роботі використовуються різні методи, включаючи теоретичний та емпіричний аналіз, порівняння, статистичні методи тощо. Результатом дослідження є аналіз фінансово-економічних показників підприємства та пропозиції щодо перспектив використання IT технологій на туристичному підприємстві. Робота також включає впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій на підприємстві. Завдяки зазначеній роботі можна отримати глибоке розуміння проблем використання інформаційних і комунікаційних технологій та сприяння стійкому розвитку інновацій в туризмі в умовах війни та розробити практичні рекомендації для подальших досліджень у даній галузі.The qualification work is aimed at studying the use of information and communication technologies and promotion of sustainable development of innovations in tourism" in order to develop recommendations for improving information and communication technologies to increase the overall performance of the enterprise. The study includes an analysis of the concept and essence of the use of information and communication technologies in tourism, studying the impact of innovative development on the tourism sector, as well as an assessment of the development management of LLC "Business Center "Bukovyna". The object of the study is the process of using modern information and communication technologies on the example of the LLC "Business Center "Bukovyna"", Chernivtsi, and the subject of the study is various software products and equipment that can and should be used in modern realities in the tourism sector. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is based on the use of domestic and foreign publications, press materials, Internet resources, as well as actual data from the activities of LLC "Business Center "Bukovyna". The work uses various methods, including theoretical and empirical analysis, comparison, statistical methods, etc. The result of the study is an analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise and proposals for the prospects for the use of IT technologies in a tourist enterprise. The work also includes the implementation of modern information technologies in the enterprise. Thanks to this work, it is possible to gain a deep understanding of the problems of using information and communication technologies and promoting the sustainable development of innovations in tourism in wartime conditions and develop practical recommendations for further research in this area.
