Управління фінансовими потоками страхової компанії в контексті логістичного менеджменту

Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади та практичні аспекти управління фінансовими потоками страхової компанії в контексті логістичного менеджменту. Проаналізовано сутність фінансових потоків у страховій діяльності, їх взаємозв’язок із інформаційними та операційними потоками, а також роль логістичного підходу в забезпеченні фінансової стійкості та ефективності функціонування страховика. Особливу увагу приділено організації руху страхових премій, страхових виплат, резервів та інвестиційних ресурсів з урахуванням принципів логістичного менеджменту. Розглянуто інструменти планування, координації та контролю фінансових потоків, використання інформаційних систем, показників ефективності (KPI) та методів оптимізації витрат і ліквідності. Визначено основні проблеми та напрями вдосконалення управління фінансовими потоками страхової компанії в умовах нестабільного фінансового ринку.The paper explores the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of managing the financial flows of an insurance company in the context of logistics management. The essence of financial flows in insurance activities, their interrelation with information and operational flows, as well as the role of the logistics approach in ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency of the insurer are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the organization of the movement of insurance premiums, insurance payments, reserves and investment resources based on the principles of logistics management. The tools for planning, coordination and control of financial flows, the use of information systems, key performance indicators (KPIs) and methods of cost and liquidity optimization are considered. The main problems and directions for improving the management of financial flows of an insurance company in an unstable financial market environment are identified.
