Антисипативне управління підприємства

Abstract

У роботі досліджено сутність, принципи та інструментарій антисипативного управління підприємством — сучасного підходу, спрямованого на передбачення можливих загроз, раннє виявлення змін у зовнішньому середовищі та своєчасну підготовку управлінських рішень. На прикладі ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» проаналізовано практики випереджального реагування на ризики, модернізацію виробничих процесів, використання систем моніторингу та прогнозування, а також формування антикризових стратегій. Показано, що антисипативне управління дозволяє підприємству підвищувати стійкість в умовах нестабільності, мінімізувати втрати, підвищувати конкурентоспроможність і забезпечувати довгостроковий розвиток. Робота містить висновки щодо ефективності застосування антисипативних підходів та рекомендації щодо їх удосконалення в умовах сучасних викликів.The work explores the essence, principles and tools of anticipatory management of the enterprise - a modern approach aimed at predicting possible threats, early detection of changes in the external environment and timely preparation of management decisions. Using the example of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih", the practices of proactive response to risks, modernization of production processes, use of monitoring and forecasting systems, as well as the formation of anti-crisis strategies are analyzed. It is shown that anticipatory management allows the enterprise to increase stability in conditions of instability, minimize losses, increase competitiveness and ensure long-term development. The work contains conclusions on the effectiveness of the application of anticipatory approaches and recommendations for their improvement in the conditions of modern challenges.
