Системний підхід до управління організацією в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Основне науково-методичне значення системного підходу полягає в тому, що він дозволяє дослідникам виявляти потоки і застосовувати принципи когерентності, які знаходять відображення практично в усіх явищах та процесах природи, суспільства й особистості. Цей підхід передбачає цілісне сприйняття об'єктів, явищ та процесів і є одним із найбільш універсальних та ефективних методів аналізу і вивчення різних видів систем, зокрема технічних, економічних, соціальних, екологічних, політичних, біологічних тощо. Системний підхід об’єднує методи та інструменти для дослідження властивостей, структури й функцій об’єктів, явищ або процесів, розглядаючи їх у контексті системи разом із усіма комплексними взаємозв’язками між елементами, їхнім місцем у системі та взаємодією із зовнішнім середовищем, а також характером впливу системи на її структуру. Ключова особливість системного підходу полягає у визначальній ролі домінуючого взаємозв’язку між складовими елементами. Процес розвитку будь-якої системи, зокрема економічної, залежить від управлінських дій. Щоб забезпечити ефективність управління, воно має спиратися на наукові підходи: системну інтеграцію, комплексність, логіку, глобальність, структурність, директивність та адаптацію до специфічних ситуацій.The main scientific and methodological value of the system approach is that it allows researchers to identify flows and apply the principles of coherence, which it allows researchers to identify flows and apply the principles of coherence that are reflected in almost all phenomena and processes of nature, society, and the individual. This approach involves a holistic perception of objects, phenomena and processes and is one of the most universal and effective methods of analysis and study of various types of systems, including technical, economic, social, ecological, political, biological, etc. The systems approach combines methods and tools for studying the properties, structure and functions of objects, phenomena or processes, considering them in the context of the system together with all the complex relationships between the elements, their place in the system and interaction with the external environment, as well as the nature of the impact system on its structure. The key feature of the system approach is the determining role of the dominant relationship between the constituent elements. The development process of any system, in particular economic, depends on management actions. To ensure the effectiveness of management, it should be based on scientific approaches: system integration, complexity, logic, globality, structure, directiveness and adaptation to specific situations.
