Анотація до кваліфікаційної роботи Павла Григоряка на тему «Сучасні підходи до управління логістичними процесами на підприємстві» Дослідження присвячене всебічному аналізу сучасних підходів до управління логістичними процесами на підприємстві в умовах динамічного ринкового середовища. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади логістики як ключового елементу ефективного функціонування підприємства та визначається роль логістичної системи у формуванні його конкурентоспроможності. Особливу увагу приділено оцінці організації логістичних операцій, управлінню матеріальними, інформаційними та фінансовими потоками, а також аналізу економічного стану підприємства крізь призму ефективності його логістичних рішень. Розглядається вплив цифровізації та інноваційних технологій на оптимізацію логістичних процесів, зокрема використання штучного інтелекту для прогнозування попиту, автоматизації складських операцій, маршрутизації доставки та управління запасами. Матеріал містить аналіз сучасних тенденцій розвитку логістики, оцінку зовнішнього середовища, а також вивчення поведінки споживачів, що визначає нові вимоги до швидкості, точності та прозорості логістичних послуг. Значне місце відведено ролі інформаційних систем та цифрових платформ у забезпеченні комплексного управління логістичними процесами. На основі проведеного дослідження сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення логістичної стратегії підприємства, оптимізації внутрішніх операцій та підвищення ефективності ланцюгів поставок. Particular attention is paid to assessing the organization of logistics operations, managing material, information and financial flows, as well as analyzing the economic condition of the enterprise through the prism of the effectiveness of its logistics solutions. The impact of digitalization and innovative technologies on the optimization of logistics processes is considered, in particular, the use of artificial intelligence for forecasting demand, automating warehouse operations, routing delivery and managing inventories. The material contains an analysis of modern trends in the development of logistics, an assessment of the external environment, as well as a study of consumer behavior, which determines new requirements for the speed, accuracy and transparency of logistics services. A significant place is given to the role of information systems and digital platforms in ensuring comprehensive management of logistics processes. Based on the research, practical recommendations have been formulated for improving the logistics strategy of the enterprise, optimizing internal operations and increasing the efficiency of supply chains.
