Abstract

У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи досліджено економіко-теоретичні засади формування місцевих бюджетів в умовах воєнного стану, детально розглянуто децентралізацію територіальних громад в Україні на шляху до Євроінтеграції. У другому розділі здійснена оцінка фінансово-господарської діяльності Заставнівської ТГ, а саме доходів та витрат. ВУ третьому розділі визначено шляхи удосконалення стратегічних напрямків розвитку територіальної громади, розроблено індивідуальне завдання розвитку громади до 2030 року. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 89 сторінках комп’ютерного тексту. Складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та пропозицій, списку використаних джерел та додатків. The first chapter of the qualification work examines the economic and theoretical foundations of local budget formation under martial law, with a detailed analysis of the decentralization of territorial communities in Ukraine on the path to European integration. The second chapter provides an assessment of the financial and economic activities of the Zastavna Territorial Community, specifically focusing on revenues and expenditures. In the third chapter, ways to improve the strategic directions of the community’s development are identified, and an individual development plan for the community until 2030 is proposed. The qualification work is presented on 89 pages of computer text. It consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, a list of references, and appendices.
