Інноваційні напрями розвитку підприємства у сфері готельного бізнесу

Abstract

У даній кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра розглядаються питання впровадження інновацій на підприємстві індустрії гостинності в сучасних умовах. У контексті цього досліджено теоретичні засади впровадження інновацій на підприємствах готельно-ресторанної сфери, проаналізовано основні показники фінансово-господарської діяльності досліджуваного підприємства – ПрАТ «Тернопіль-готель», обґрунтовано заходи інноваційного характеру для забезпечення розвитку ПрАТ «Тернопіль-готель». Практична значимість роботи. Результати проведеного дослідження створюють основу для подальших досліджень й практичного вирішення проблеми впровадження інновацій для підприємства індустрії гостинності – ПрАТ «Тернопіль-готель» в сучасних умовах і можуть бути використані ним у процесі забезпечення його інноваційного розвитку на майбутній період.This qualification work examines the issue of introducing innovations at the enterprise of the hospitality industry in modern conditions. In this context, the theoretical foundations of the introduction of innovations at the enterprises of the hotel and restaurant sector were studied, the main indicators of the financial and economic activity of the investigated enterprise - PrJSC "Ternopil-hotel" were analyzed, measures of an innovative nature to ensure the development of PrJSC "Ternopil-hotel" were substantiated. Practical significance of the work. The results of the conducted research create a basis for further research and a practical solution to the problem of introducing innovations for the enterprise of the hospitality industry - PrJSC "Ternopil-hotel" in modern conditions and can be used by it in the process of ensuring its innovative development for the future period.
