Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота спрямована на вивчення управління внутрішнім середовищем підприємства з метою розробки рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу управління внутрішнім середовищем підприємства. Дослідження включає аналіз поняття та сутності внутрішнього середовища підприємства, вивчення методичних аспектів оцінки внутрішнього середовища підприємства, а також діагностику внутрішнього середовища підприємства. Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління внутрішнім середовищем підприємства на підприємстві «ПАН ЖА ПАН», м. Чернівці, а предметом - теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти управління внутрішнім середовищем підприємства у контексті забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Теоретична та методологічна база дослідження ґрунтується на використанні вітчизняних та зарубіжних видань, матеріалів преси, інтернет-ресурсів, а також фактичних даних з діяльності ТОВ «ПАН ЖА ПАН». В роботі використовуються різні методи, включаючи теоретичний та емпіричний аналіз, порівняння, статистичні методи тощо. Результатом дослідження є аналіз фінансово-економічних показників підприємства та оптимізація внутрішньої системи управління підприємства. Робота також включає впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій на підприємстві. Завдяки зазначеній роботі можна отримати глибоке розуміння проблем управління внутрішнім середовищем підприємства в умовах війни та розробити практичні рекомендації для подальших досліджень у даній галузі.The qualification work is aimed at studying the management of the internal environment of the enterprise in order to develop recommendations for improving the process of managing the internal environment of the enterprise. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is based on the use of domestic and foreign publications, press materials, Internet resources, as well as actual data from the activities of LLC "PAN ZHA PAN". The work uses various methods, including theoretical and empirical analysis, comparison, statistical methods, etc. The result of the study is an analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise and optimization of the internal management system of the enterprise. The work also includes the implementation of modern information technologies at the enterprise. Thanks to this work, it is possible to gain a deep understanding of the problems of managing the internal environment of the enterprise in wartime and develop practical recommendations for further research in this area.
