Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто зміни як невід'ємну складову сучасного буття будь-якого підприємства. Вони потрібні для гарантування конкурентоспроможності як самої діяльності, так і виробленої продукції підприємств. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено організаційно-управлінську характеристику, здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності, удосконалити методичні засади з оцінювання системи стратегічних змін. У результаті проведеного дослідження вирішено важливе науково-практичне завдання розроблення теоретичних і практичних основ щодо формування системи управління змінами на підприємстві.The qualification work considers changes as an integral part of the modern existence of any enterprise. They are necessary to guarantee the competitiveness of both the activity itself and the products produced by enterprises. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the organizational and managerial characteristics were studied, an analysis of financial and economic activities was carried out, and methodological principles for assessing the system of strategic changes were improved. As a result of the research, an important scientific and practical task of developing theoretical and practical foundations for the formation of a change management system at the enterprise was solved.
