Особливості діяльності підприємства в умовах викликів

Abstract

Розвиток сучасної української економіки залежить від сукупності складного комплексу внутрішніх і зовнішніх факторів. Одним із ключових серед них, безумовно, можна вважати ефективність підприємницького сектору, його фінансову стійкість, адаптивніть та конкурентоздатність в умовах непередбачуваних кризових явищ та викликів спричинених повномасштабним втогрненням росії. У цьому контексті ефективна організація діяльності підприємства виступає однією з головних умов його успішного функціонування. У зв'язку з цим виникає необхідність розробки теоретико-методичних аспектів формування інноваційної стратегії діяльності на підприємствах, що і обумовлює актуальність теми магістерської роботи. Метою роботи є виявлення особливостей функціонування підприємства в умовах сучасних викликів в Україні та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення його ефективності та адаптивності. У роботі досліджено визначення теорії і практики складових організації діяльності підприємства, досліджено основні складові управління діяльністю підприємства, запропоновано розробку стратегії розвитку в умовах викликів та рекомендовано використання інструментів контролю в організації діяльності підприємства.The development of the modern Ukrainian economy depends on a complex set of internal and external factors. The effectiveness of the business sector, its financial stability, adaptability and competitiveness in the conditions of unpredictable crisis phenomena and challenges caused by the full-scale penetration of Russia can certainly be considered one of the key among them. In this context, the effective organization of the enterprise's activities is one of the main conditions for its successful functioning. In this connection, there is a need to develop theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of an innovative activity strategy at enterprises, which determines the relevance of the subject of the master's thesis. The purpose of the work is to identify the peculiarities of the functioning of the enterprise in the conditions of modern challenges in Ukraine and to develop practical recommendations for increasing its efficiency and adaptability. The paper examines the definition of the theory and practice of the components of the enterprise's organization, examines the main components of the enterprise's management, proposes the development of a development strategy in the face of challenges, and recommends the use of control tools in the enterprise's organization.
