Особливості управління розвитком на підприємстві

Abstract

Адаптивне управління розвитком підприємства набуває особливої актуальності у зв’язку зі значним послабленням позицій вітчизняних підприємств, обумовленим неефективним менеджментом в умовах фінансово-економічної кризи. Акцентом сучасного етапу управління економікою є активізація процесів розвитку на промислових підприємствах України. Однак, майже повна відсутність комплексних наукових розробок, спрямованих на вирішення проблем управління розвитком, не дозволяє здійснювати ефективне управління економічним розвитком на базі накопиченого досвіду, сучасного стану і стратегічних цілей діяльності суб’єктів господарювання. Незважаючи на значний інтерес до окресленої проблематики з боку науковців та фахівців, система ефективного управління економічним розвитком підприємств чітко не окреслена. Крім того, відсутня загальновизнана точка зору щодо основних індикаторів економічного розвитку промислових підприємств, методології його діагностики, та вибору ефективного інструментарію управління діяльністю господарюючих суб’єктів для забезпечення активізації їх економічного розвитку. Adaptive management of the development of the enterprise becomes especially relevant in connection with the significant weakening of the positions of domestic enterprises due to inefficient management in the conditions of the financial and economic crisis. The emphasis of the modern stage of economic management is the activation of development processes at industrial enterprises of Ukraine. However, the almost complete absence of complex scientific developments aimed at solving the problems of development management does not allow effective management of economic development on the basis of accumulated experience, the current state and strategic goals of business entities. Despite the significant interest in the outlined issues from scientists and specialists, the system of effective management of the economic development of enterprises is not clearly outlined. In addition, there is no generally accepted point of view regarding the main indicators of the economic development of industrial enterprises, the methodology of its diagnosis, and the choice of effective tools for managing the activities of business entities to ensure the activation of their economic development.
