Визначити відповідність співробітників займаним посадам можна за допомогою системи оцінювання персоналу, яка є однією з найважливіших функцій менеджменту. Об’єктом дослідження є система управління трудовим колективом підприємства в сучасних умовах. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи процесу управління трудовим колективом ТОВ «АТБ-маркет» в сучасних умовах. Метою дослідження є вивчення базових засад процесу управління трудовим колективом підприємства в сучасних умовах.
