Оцінка фінансово-господарського стану підприємтсва з точки зору його інвестиційної привабливості

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто особливості інвестиційної привабливості як важливого фактору розвитку підприємства, основні напрямки та алгоритм проведення фінансового-господарського аналізу. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено організаційно-управлінську характеристику, здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності та надано оцінку інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Визначено необхідність змін та застосування нових підходів в діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано пропозиції і рекомендації щодо формування комплексу заходів для забезпечення економічного розвитку і росту інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. The qualification work considers the features of investment attractiveness as an important factor in the development of an enterprise, the main directions and algorithm for conducting financial and economic analysis. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the organizational and managerial characteristics were studied, an analysis of financial and economic activities was carried out and an assessment of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise was provided. The need for changes and the application of new approaches in the activities of the enterprise was determined. Proposals and recommendations were made on the formation of a set of measures to ensure economic development and growth of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise.
