Імплементація іноземного досвіду впровадження дуальної освіти та її інтеграція в Україні

Abstract

Впровадження інноваційних форм навчання, зокрема дуальної освіти, є важливим для розвитку сучасної освіти й економіки, оскільки спрямовано на поєднання теоретичного навчання у закладах освіти із практичним навчанням на підприємствах. Це дозволяє студентам отримувати не тільки теоретичні знання, а й практичні навички, що значно підвищує їхню конкурентоспроможність на ринку праці. Здобуття освіти за дуальною формою навчання сприяє набуттю здобувачами практичного досвіду, підвищенню якості підготовки фахівців, налагодженню тісного зв'язку між освітою та бізнесом, сприяє працевлаштуванню та зменшенню рівня безробіття серед молоді, збільшує мотивацію студентів, стимулює впровадження інновацій. Таким чином, дуальна освіта є перспективною формою навчання, яка сприяє підготовці якісних фахівців, готових до роботи в сучасних умовах, та надає можливість студентам не тільки отримати знання, але й стати частиною професійної спільноти ще під час навчання. The introduction of innovative forms of education, in particular, dual education, is important for the development of modern education and the economy, as it is aimed at combining theoretical training in educational institutions with practical training at enterprises. Acquiring education in a dual education form helps students gain practical experience, improve the quality of specialist training, establish a close connection between education and business, promotes employment, increases student motivation, and stimulates the introduction of innovations. Dual education contributes to the training of high-quality specialists ready to work in modern conditions, and gives students the opportunity not only to gain knowledge, but also to become part of the professional community while studying. The introduction of dual education has a significant positive impact on both students and society, business and the economy as a whole. The main positive results of this process are: improving the quality of education; reducing the gap between theoretical knowledge provided by higher education institutions and practical skills needed in the labor market; ensuring high chances for employment; improving cooperation between business and education; stimulation of economic development through the training of qualified workers; increase of applicants' interest in education; development of soft skills; reducing the financial burden on the state and families; increasing loyalty and staff retention. The introduction of foreign experience in dual education has important practical significance for improving the quality of personnel training, improving cooperation between educational institutions and business, increasing the competitiveness of graduates and the general development of the economy. This contributes to the creation of an educational environment that meets international standards and provides students with the opportunity to acquire relevant skills and knowledge that make them more in demand on the labor market.
