| Abstract: | У статті представлено результати критичного аналізу дефініцій понять «трудові ресурси», «персонал» та «кадри» на мікрорівні та уточнені визначення їх сутності. Ідентифіковано відмітні характеристики трудових ресурсів, персоналу та кадрів підприємства. The article presents the results of a critical analysis of the definitions of the concepts of "labor resources", "personnel" and "staff" at the micro level and specifies the definitions of their essence. The distinctive characteristics of labor resources, personnel and staff of the enterprise are identified. |
