Кадровий потенціал підприємства торгівлі: визначення та складові елементи

Abstract

Мета статті полягає у визначенні сутності кадрового потенціалу підприємства торгівлі та його складових елементів. Проведено дослідження етимології слова «потенціал». Систематизовано теоретичні підходи щодо трактування поняття «кадровий потенціал», з виокремленням ресурсного, системного, факторного, атрибутивно-синтезуючого (або інтеграційного) та індикативно-результуючого підходів. Проведено критичний аналіз наявних дефініцій цього поняття, уточнено його сутність та визначено відмітні ознаки. У результаті дослідження встановлено взаємозв’язок між потенціалом персоналу, кадровим і трудовим потенціалом на підприємстві. Представлено авторське бачення сутності поняття «кадровий потенціал підприємства торгівлі». Визначено групи компетентностей (особистісні, професійні, інструментальні, міжособистісні та системні), які є складовими елементами кадрового потенціалу підприємства торгівлі. У подальшому отримані результати можуть бути використані для дослідження проблем кадрової політики та діагностики кадрового і трудового потенціалу на підприємствах торгівлі, а також інших сфер економічної діяльності. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of the personnel potential of a trade enterprise and its constituent elements. The etymology of the word "potential" has been studied. Theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "personnel potential" have been systematized, with the allocation of resource, systemic, factor, attribute-synthesizing (or integration) and indicative-result approaches. A critical analysis of the existing definitions of this concept has been conducted, its essence has been clarified and distinctive features have been determined. As a result of the study, the relationship between personnel potential, personnel and labor potential at the enterprise has been established. The author's vision of the essence of the concept of "personnel potential of a trade enterprise" has been presented. Groups of competencies (personal, professional, instrumental, interpersonal and systemic) have been determined, which are the constituent elements of the personnel potential of a trade enterprise. In the future, the results obtained can be used to study the problems of personnel policy and diagnostics of personnel and labor potential at trade enterprises, as well as other areas of economic activity.
