Abstract

Проблематика логістичної системи підприємства є важливою складовою дослідження, адже успішне функціонування будь–якої організації, її конкурентоспроможність безпосередньо залежать від грамотної побудови логістичної системи підприємства. Логістична діяльність підприємства – це частина управління ланцюгом поставок, яка планує, впроваджує та контролює ефективний прямий та зворотний потік зберігання товарів, послуг та пов'язаної з ними інформації між точкою походження та точкою споживання з метою задоволення потреб клієнтів. Управління логістикою є важливою складовою ділових операцій, оскільки її діяльність впливає не тільки на внутрішні процеси, але і на відносини з клієнтами. У кваліфікаційній роботі студент розглянув сутність і значення логістичного менеджменту в діяльності підприємства; дослідив методичні підходи діагностики результативності логістичного менеджменту збутової діяльності; провів організаційно-управлінську характеристику підприємства; здійснив аналіз основних показників фiнансово-господарської діяльності підприємства; надав оцінку організації логістичного менеджменту на підприємстві.The problems of the logistics system of an enterprise are an important component of the study, because the successful functioning of any organization, its competitiveness directly depend on the competent construction of the logistics system of the enterprise. The logistics activity of an enterprise is a part of supply chain management, which plans, implements and controls the effective direct and reverse flow of storage of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customer needs. Logistics management is an important component of business operations, since its activities affect not only internal processes, but also relationships with customers. In the qualification work, the student considered the essence and significance of logistics management in the activities of the enterprise; investigated methodological approaches to diagnosing the effectiveness of logistics management of sales activities; conducted an organizational and managerial characteristic of the enterprise; carried out an analysis of the main indicators of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise; provided an assessment of the organization of logistics management at the enterprise;
