| Abstract: | This research paper indicates the importance of popularizing healthy eating by restaurant business establishments. The main components of a balanced diet are identified and comprehensive solutions are proposed to develop a concept for the operation of freeflow restaurant establishments, which will include the independent formation of a «healthy plate» constructor by guests and the provision of a number of other related information, consulting and information services. |
