Лідерство в системі управління підприємством

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто лідерство, яке сприяє розвитку та підтримці лідерського потенціалу в межах команди, створюючи умови для особистого і професійного зростання, а лідер активно взаємодіє з командою, вирішуючи конфлікти та сприяючи розвитку взаємодії для досягнення спільних цілей. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, здійснено аналіз лідерського впливу керівників на результати діяльності персоналу підприємства, надано оінку лідерських компетенцій управлінського персоналу підприємства. У результаті проведеного дослідження виокремлено основні напрями посилення ролі лідерства в системі управління на підприємсті.The qualification work considers leadership, which contributes to the development and maintenance of leadership potential within the team, creating conditions for personal and professional growth, and the leader actively interacts with the team, resolving conflicts and promoting the development of interaction to achieve common goals. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, an analysis of the leadership influence of managers on the results of the enterprise's personnel was carried out, and an assessment of the leadership competencies of the enterprise's management personnel was provided. As a result of the study, the main directions for strengthening the role of leadership in the enterprise's management system were identified.
