Особливості реалізації стартап-проєктів у ресторанному бізнесі

Abstract

The study identified a number of features of the implementation of startup projects in the restaurant business. This is the application of innovations in production and non-production technologies. The author highlights a number of shortcomings and problematic issues that are most characteristic of startup projects implemented in Ukraine. Due to the fact that the restaurant business is in a state of constant improvement, increased competitiveness, direct dependence on the consumer and his preferences, as well as staff, restaurants are in a state of constant search for new innovative ideas. This search activates the creation of various innovative projects that are implemented, including through a startup.
