Управління венчурним інвестування підприємств: засади та особливості

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто венчурне інвестування як інвестиційний ресурс, що дозволить підвищити ефективність господарювання та нарощувати ринкову вартість підприємств України, одним з довгострокових інструментів реалізації фінансових механізмів, яке передбачає фінансування нових, ризикових проектів або збиткових компаній з метою зростання їхньої капіталізації. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено економікоінноваційне функціонування, надано економічну оцінку венчурної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств. У результаті проведеного дослідження запропоновано процес формування та реалізації стратегії розвитку венчурного інвестування підприємств . The qualification work considers venture investment as an investment resource that will allow to increase the efficiency of management and increase the market value of Ukrainian enterprises, one of the long-term instruments for the implementation of financial mechanisms, which involves financing new, risky projects or unprofitable companies in order to increase their capitalization. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the economic and innovative functioning is studied, an economic assessment of the venture activity of domestic enterprises is provided. As a result of the study, the process of forming and implementing a strategy for the development of venture investment of enterprises is proposed.
