Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто виробництво – це основа бізнесу промислових підприємств, а отже, потребує знаходження нових, цілеспрямованих і конкретних рішень для підвищення його потенціалу з урахуванням вимог і побажань споживачів продукції для отримання стійких конкурентних переваг на ринку в довгостроковій перспективі. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено організаційно-управлінську характеристику, здійснено аналіз управління виробничим потенціалом підприємства. У результаті проведеного дослідження вдосконаленні системи управління виробничим потенціалом підприємства, що дозволить більш повно і чітко отримувати інформацію від підрозділів різних рівнів управління на предмет використання виробничого потенціалу.The qualification work considers production - it is the basis of the business of industrial enterprises, and therefore, it requires finding new, targeted and specific solutions to increase its potential, taking into account the requirements and wishes of consumers of products to obtain sustainable competitive advantages in the market in the long term. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the organizational and managerial characteristics were studied, and an analysis of the management of the production potential of the enterprise was carried out. As a result of the study, the system of management of the production potential of the enterprise was improved, which will allow more complete and clear receipt of information from units of different levels of management on the use of production potential.
