Управління економічною ефективністю підприємства

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто управління економічною ефективністю діяльності підприємства, яке загалом залежить від грамотної організації управління, використання зарубіжного і вітчизняного досвіду, доцільної оцінки і планування комерційної, господарської чи підприємницької діяльності, від якої докорінно залежить реалізація тієї чи іншої продукції та забезпечення ринкового попиту. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено організаційноуправлінську характеристику, здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності та надано оцінку економічної ефективності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У результаті проведеного дослідження проаналізовані особливості формування та використання ефективного управлінського та фінансового потенціалу у процесі здійснення аграрного виробництва.The qualification work considers the management of the economic efficiency of the enterprise, which generally depends on the competent organization of management, the use of foreign and domestic experience, the appropriate assessment and planning of commercial, economic or entrepreneurial activity, on which the sale of a particular product and the provision of market demand fundamentally depend. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the organizational and managerial characteristics were studied, an analysis of financial and economic activities was carried out and an assessment of the economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise was provided. As a result of the study, the features of the formation and use of effective managerial and financial potential in the process of agricultural production were analyzed.
