Управління бізнес-процесами на основі реінжинірингу

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто реінжиніринг як сучасний інструментарій управління бізнес-процесами. Реінжиніринг являє собою інженерно-консультаційні послуги по перебудові підприємницької діяльності на основі виробництва і реалізації інновацій. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено організаційноуправлінську характеристику, здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності, досліджено методологію здійснення реінжинірингу бізнеспроцесів на підприємстві. У результаті проведеного дослідження запропоновано й обґрунтувано науково-практичні рекомендацій щодо запровадження та реалізації реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів управління підприємств.The qualification work considers reengineering as a modern tool for business process management. Reengineering is an engineering and consulting service for restructuring business activities based on the production and implementation of innovations. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the organizational and managerial characteristics were studied, the financial and economic activities were analyzed, and the methodology for implementing business process reengineering at the enterprise was studied. As a result, scientific and practical recommendations were proposed and substantiated for the introduction and implementation of business process reengineering in enterprise management.
