| Abstract: | The essence of anti-crisis management of the enterprise is defined, the main stages of the implementation of strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise in modern conditions of uncertainty are systematized, the basic functional aspects of strategic anti-crisis management are proposed for implementation, which will allow the financial manager and management to set priorities correctly in accordance with the current economic situation, the main areas of activity and the peculiarities of functioning enterprises. |
