Управління розвитком малого бізнесу в туризмі

Abstract

Метою дослідження є: узагальнення теоретичних положень та розробка методичних і науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізму управління розвитком малих підприємств сфери туризму; розкриття основних елементів розробки проекту створення нового закладу ресторанного господарства. Реалізація мети буде досягнута за допомогою вирішення таких завдань: визначити сутність та роль малих підприємств в українській економіці; розглянути інструменти регулювання та підтримки малого підприємництва в Україні; дослідити розвиток малих підприємств за кордоном; визначити особливості розвитку ресторанного бізнесу в Житомирській області; встановити цілі та завдання управління проектом створення ресторану, визначити шляхи його реалізації; розробити основні елементи управління проектом створення ресторану, визначити часові та ресурсні його параметри; розрахувати бюджет проекту створення ресторану та ефективність реалізації окремих завдань; узагальнити результати створення проекту та сформулювати висновки. Об’єктом дослідження є – розвиток малих підприємств в Україні на прикладі створення ресторану «New Town». Предметом дослідження є процес розробки проекту створення нового підприємства ресторанного господарства. The purpose of the study is: generalization of theoretical provisions and development of methodical and scientific-practical recommendations regarding the improvement of the management mechanism of the development of small enterprises in the field of tourism; disclosure of the main elements of the project of creating a new restaurant establishment. The goal will be achieved by solving the following tasks: to determine the essence and role of small enterprises in the Ukrainian economy; to consider instruments of regulation and support of small business in Ukraine; to investigate the development of small enterprises abroad; to determine the peculiarities of restaurant business development in the Zhytomyr region; establish the goals and objectives of the management of the restaurant creation project, determine the ways of its implementation; to develop the main elements of managing the project of creating a restaurant, to determine its time and resource parameters; calculate the budget of the restaurant creation project and the efficiency of implementation of individual tasks; summarize the results of the project creation and formulate conclusions. The object of the study is the development of small businesses in Ukraine using the example of the creation of the "New Town" restaurant. The subject of the study is the process of developing a project for the creation of a new restaurant business enterprise.
