Формування ефективної системи мотивації праці на підприємстві

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто працю як важливий чинник розвитку суспільства та виробництва, узагальнено основні системи та методи мотивації праці. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено організаційно-управлінську характеристику, здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності та надано оцінку системи мотивації праці персоналу на підприємстві. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблем формування ефективної системи мотивації праці на підприємстві та шляхи вдосконалення системи мотивації праці на підприємстві.The qualification work considers labor as an important factor in the development of society and production, summarizes the main systems and methods of labor motivation. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the organizational and managerial characteristics are studied, an analysis of financial and economic activities is carried out and an assessment of the system of labor motivation of personnel at the enterprise is provided. Ways of solving the problems of forming an effective system of labor motivation at the enterprise and ways of improving the system of labor motivation at the enterprise are proposed.
