Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто сутність та структура внутрішнього середовища підприємства, узагальнено конкурентні можливості підприємства та методи їх оцінки. На основі документів про фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, досліджено організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства, здійснено аналіз внутрішнього середовища підприємства та надано оцінку конкурентних можливостей підприємства. Застосовано методи ситуаційного аналізу для підвищення конкурентних можливостей підприємства та вдосконалено механізм проведення аналізу факторів внутрішнього середовища в процесі управління підприємством.The qualification work considers the essence and structure of the internal environment of the enterprise, summarizes the competitive capabilities of the enterprise and methods for their assessment. Based on documents on the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are studied, an analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise is carried out and an assessment of the competitive capabilities of the enterprise is provided. Situational analysis methods are applied to increase the competitive capabilities of the enterprise and the mechanism for analyzing internal environmental factors in the process of enterprise management is improved.
