Банківський нагляд і шляхи його удосконалення в Україні

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню системи банківського регулювання та нагляду в Україні. Визначено теоретичні та методологічні основи функціонування цієї системи. Доведено, що для подальшого розвитку банківського сектора необхідно впроваджувати удосконалений підхід до контролю за банківськими установами, орієнтуючись на принципи ефективного банківського нагляду. В результаті проведеного дослідження розроблено структурну модель для формування ефективного банківського нагляду, яка всебічно розкриває його сутність. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the system of banking regulation and supervision in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the functioning of the system of banking regulation and supervision are substantiated. It has been proven that at the current stage of development of the banking sector, it is necessary to apply an improved approach to the control of banking institutions, which is based on the principles of effective banking supervision. The conducted research made it possible to develop a structural model of the formation of effective banking supervision, which comprehensively characterizes its essence.
