Abstract

Місцеві бюджети є ключовим джерелом фінансування проектів і програм на рівні громад та міст. Вони забезпечують розвиток освіти, охорони здоров’я, інфраструктури, соціальних послуг, культури та інших важливих сфер. Дослідження механізмів формування та використання місцевих бюджетів є важливим для підвищення їхньої прозорості та відповідальності перед громадянами, а також для зниження ризиків корупції у місцевих органах влади. Робота включає всі необхідні складові наукового дослідження: вступ, основну частину, висновки, пропозиції та додатки, що містять цінний статистичний матеріал. Структура розділів відповідає темі кваліфікаційної роботи, вони побудовані логічно та взаємопов’язані. Ця кваліфікаційна робота є комплексним самостійним дослідженням, яке демонструє глибоке розуміння автором розглянутих питань. Local budgets are the main source of funding for projects and programs at the community and city level. These funds are used for the development of education, health care, infrastructure, social services, culture and many other areas. It is important to examine how local budgets collect and spend funds. Analysis of local budgets contributes to increasing openness and accountability to the public and citizens, as well as reducing opportunities for corruption at the level of local authorities. The work contains all components of scientific research: introduction, main part, conclusions and thorough proposals, appendices. Interesting statistical material, which is presented in the appendices, lends weight to the research. The content of the sections corresponds to the topic of the qualification work. They are built logically, interconnected. The qualification work is a complex independent study that certifies the author's proper understanding of the issues discussed in it.
