Прямі іноземні інвестиції в розвитку економіки України

Abstract

У науковій роботі за результатами дослідження було досягнуто поставленої мети, а саме розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізму залучення інвестицій в економіку України в умовах післявоєнної відбудови. По-перше, визначено економічну сутність інвестицій та проведено їх класифікацію. По-друге, досліджено механізм залучення інвестицій. Встановлено, що цей механізм складається з п’яти структурних елементів, які взаємопов’язані: суб’єкти, що інвестують; суб’єкти, що залучають інвестиції; самі інвестиції; форми та методи залучення інвестицій. Різноманітність форм та методів залучення інвестицій дозволяє класифікувати механізми за різними класифікаційними ознаками. Зрештою, було сформовано та запропоновано стратегію вдосконалення механізму залучення інвестицій в економіку України в умовах післявоєнної відбудови, яка включає заходи зі спрощення податкової системи та зниження податкового навантаження, впровадження антикорупційних реформ, розширення програм підтримки малого та середнього бізнесу, а також заходи, спрямовані на інтеграцію в ЄС і НАТО. In the scientific work, based on the results of the research, the set goal was achieved, namely, practical recommendations were developed for improving the mechanism of attracting investments to the economy of Ukraine in the conditions of post-war reconstruction. First, the economic essence of investments was determined and their classification was carried out. Secondly, the investment attraction mechanism was investigated. It was established that this mechanism consists of five interrelated structural elements: investing entities; entities attracting investments; the investments themselves; forms and methods of investment attraction. The variety of forms and methods of investment attraction allows to classify the mechanisms according to different classification features. In the end, a strategy was formed and proposed to improve the mechanism of attracting investments to the economy of Ukraine in the conditions of post-war reconstruction, which includes measures to simplify the tax system and reduce the tax burden, the implementation of anti-corruption reforms, the expansion of small and medium-sized business support programs, as well as measures aimed at integration in the EU and NATO.
