Моніторинг публічних закупівель: напрями удосконалення

Abstract

У науковій роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади функціонування системи публічних закупівель в умовах сучасних викликів. Проведено ґрунтовний аналіз алгоритму моніторингу публічних закупівель, що здійснюється Державною аудиторською службою України, а також висвітлено значення громадського контролю у цій сфері. Досліджено дані щодо роботи системи публічних закупівель. У перспективній частині роботи визначено напрями вдосконалення цієї системи в Україні з урахуванням позитивного міжнародного досвіду. The scientific work examines the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the public procurement system in the conditions of modern challenges. A detailed analysis of the public procurement monitoring algorithm by the State Audit Service of Ukraine has been carried out, the role of public procurement monitoring has been highlighted, data on the functioning of the public procurement system has been analyzed. In the prospective section, directions for improving the functioning of the public procurement system in Ukraine are explored, taking into account the positive practice of international countries.
