Облік і аналіз витрат на оплату праці

Abstract

Витрати на оплату праці є однією з найбільших статей витрат державних установ. У Чернівецькому апеляційному суді, як і в інших державних органах, ці витрати займають вагому частину бюджету, що вимагає особливої уваги до їх обліку, аналізу та контролю за використанням бюджетних коштів на вказані напрямки. Раціональний підхід до управління фондом оплати праці може значно підвищити ефективність роботи суду та оптимізувати використання бюджетних коштів. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в ознайомленні із структурою витрат, які здійснює Чернівецький апеляційний суд на оплату праці, дослідженні складових витрат фонду оплати праці в розрізі кожної категорії працівників та нормативно-правових підстав для визначення розміру кожної окремої складової, ознайомлення із первинними документами для обліку вказаних витрат та безпосередньо із системою їх обліку, визначенні ключових факторів, що впливають на ці витрати, за результатами проведеного аналізу здійснення оцінки достовірності відображення вказаних витрат у фінансовій звітності, ефективності використання коштів на їх покриття та виокремлення окремих аспектів в системі оплаті праці, що можуть негативно впливати на роботу суду. Labor costs are one of the largest items of expenditure of state institutions. In the Chernivtsi Court of Appeal, as in other state bodies, these costs occupy a significant part of the budget, which requires special attention to their accounting, analysis and control over the use of budget funds in the specified areas. A rational approach to managing the payroll fund can significantly increase the efficiency of the court's work and optimize the use of budget funds. The purpose of the qualification work is to familiarize yourself with the structure of expenses incurred by the Chernivtsi Court of Appeal for labor remuneration, study the components of the payroll fund costs in the context of each category of employees and the regulatory and legal grounds for determining the size of each individual component, familiarize yourself with the primary documents for accounting for the specified costs and directly with the system of their accounting, identify key factors that affect these costs, based on the results of the analysis, assess the reliability of the reflection of the specified costs in financial statements, the efficiency of using funds to cover them, and identify individual aspects in the payroll system that may negatively affect the work of the court.
