Організаційно-методичні аспекти обліку та аналізу готової продукції підприємства

Abstract

Хлібопекарська галузь України є однією із найбільш важливих для країни, головним завданням якої є забезпечення якісною хлібопекарською продукцією всіх верств населення України. Діяльність підприємств хлібопекарської галузі сполучена із значною кількістю ризиків, що не може не впливати на їхній стан. Головним індикатором погіршення стану підприємств галузі є зниження обсягів виробництва хлібобулочної продукції в натуральному виразі. Значне скорочення обсягів виробництва в останні роки пов’язано із скороченням населення, значним зниженням спoживaння хлібoбулoчних вирoбів внaслідoк aнексії Криму, a тaкoж прoблемaтичним зaбезпеченням вирoбництвa хлібoбулoчних вирoбів у зoні бойових дій. Oблік вирoбництвa гoтoвoї прoдукції підприємств є і нaдaлі зaлишaтиметься oднією з нaйвaжливіших функцій упрaвління, кoтрa фoрмує неoбхідну для йoгo ефективнoсті тa дoсягнення пoстaвлених цілей інфoрмaцію. Метою дослідження є дослідження теоретичних, методичних, організаційних засад обліку та аналізу готової продукції та пошук шляхів їх удосконалення на підприємстві. The bakery industry of Ukraine is one of the most important for the country, the main task of which is to provide high-quality bakery products to all segments of the population of Ukraine. The activities of enterprises in the bakery industry are associated with a significant number of risks, which cannot but affect their condition. The main indicator of the deterioration of the condition of enterprises in the industry is the decrease in the volume of bakery production in natural terms. A significant reduction in production volumes in recent years is associated with a decrease in the population, a significant decrease in the consumption of bakery products as a result of the annexation of Crimea, as well as problematic provision of bakery production in the war zone. Accounting for the production of finished products of enterprises is and will remain one of the most important functions of management, which forms the information necessary for its effectiveness and achievement of set goals. The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical, methodological, organizational principles of accounting and analysis of finished products and to find ways to improve them at the enterprise.
