Аналіз динаміки бюджетування та її вплив на інвестиційну активність інноваційних підприємств України

Abstract

У статті досліджено сучасний стан бюджетування інноваційних підприємств в Україні, визначено основні тенденції та проблеми. Проаналізовано вплив динаміки бюджетування на інвестиційну активність інноваційних підприємств, зокрема визначено взаємозв’язок між змінами вбюджетуванні й обсягом залучених інвестицій. Виявлено ключові фактори, що впливають на ефективність бюджетування й інвестиційну активність інноваційних підприємств, а також визначено бар’єри, які перешкоджають ефективному фінансовому плануванню. За результатами проведеного дослідження розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення процесу бюджетування на інноваційних підприємствах для підвищення їх інвестиційної привабливості й стимулювання зростання інвестиційної активності. Отримані результати можуть бути корисними для державних органів, що займаються розробкою політик у сфері підтримки інновацій, а також для керівників і фінансових менеджерів інноваційних підприємств, які прагнуть підвищити ефективність бюджетування та залучити додаткові інвестиції. Analysis of the dynamics of budgeting and its influence on the investment activity of innovative enterprises in Ukraine is an extremely relevant issue in the modern conditions of economic development. Innovative enterprises play a key role in stimulating economic growth and increasing the country's competitiveness on the international market. Attracting investments is one of the main factors affecting the development of these enterprises, and the budgeting process determines the efficiency of resource use and strategic decision-making. In the conditions of globalization and the instability of economic markets, the study of this issue acquires special importance for ensuring the sustainable development of the innovative sector in Ukraine. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of budgeting and its impact on the investment activity of innovative enterprises in Ukraine, with the aim of developing recommendations for improving financial planning and stimulating investment in innovative projects. The work examines the current state of budgeting of innovative enterprises in Ukraine, identifies the main trends and problems. The influence of budgetingdynamics on the investment activity of innovative enterprises is analyzed, in particular, the relationship between changes in budgeting and the volume of involved investments is determined. The key factors influencing the efficiency of budgeting and investment activity of innovative enterprises have been identified, as well as barriers that prevent effective financial planning have been identified. The work uses modern methods of analysis to assess the impact of various factors on budgeting processes and investment activity. In particular, such indicators as the volume of state financing of innovative projects, the availability of credit resources, as well as institutional and regulatory changes are considered. Based on the results of the research, recommendations were developed for improving the budgeting process at innovative enterprises to increase their investment attractiveness and stimulate the growth of investment activity.
