Abstract: Analysis of the company's activity and strategy development in the conditions of market turbulence, unstable economic situation, development of anti-crisis program in modern conditions of COVID-19 pandemic, creation of operational, tactical and strategic planning modules in corporate information systems and decision support systems are urgent tasks for restaurant business, and with the addition of a new important system property - "switching" - they will get more opportunities. The article highlights the development of a systems approach by switching restaurant business models during the COVID-19 pandemic.
