dc.description.abstractThe martial law introduced on February 24, 2022 in Ukraine has become a challenge to survival for most enterprises and organizations. The external environment, in particular the security situation, required a clear procedural definition of all processes in accordance with changes in the regulatory and legislative framework. But implementing these changes required a constant, complex communication process. Accordingly, there was a need to quickly respond to changes - the necessity of safe conditions for everyone, changes in the socio-economic environment, adoption of non-standard management decisions, generation of new original ideas in order to stabilize the operating conditions of existing and create new programs and projects. Thus, there was a need to establish new effective communications between all interested parties in the hotel and restaurant business. A good tool for effective communication is business communication, which should be established both with employees and with partners of the enterprise or organization. After all, thanks to effective business communication within the framework of communication processes, negative exogenous influences can be minimized.uk_UK
